Chicago native played Offensive Tackle for the University of Kansas. Sophomore All-American at the University of Kansas. In 1984 drafted by the Denver Broncos in the 3rd round of the NFL draft. Also drafted by the Tampa Bay Bandits of the USFL. Played six years with stops in Denver, Dallas and Tampa Bay. Currently resides in hometown of Chicago, building a financial services practice.

Shafer Suggs, Vice President

All American, 1st team All Mid American Conference and Mid American Conference Defensive Player of the year at Ball State University where he was a four year starter in football and three year starter in basketball. Became the first freshman to letter in two sports since 1951. He also played in the East-West Shrine Game, the Senior Bowl, and the College All-Star Game. Drafted in the second round 33rd pick overall in 1976 was the starting strong safety with the New Your Jets from 1976 to 1980 where led the Jets in tackles in 1979 before being traded to the Bengal's in 1980.

Tim was the Mid American Conference Player of the Year in 1983 at Northern Illinois. He played for the Atlanta Falcons, LA Rams Buffalo Bills and Pittsburgh Steelers. Tim was voted NFL Pro Bowl alternate in 1987 and 1988. He was Special Teams Player of the Year for the LA Rams. Tim is now National Account Manager for JC Restoration Inc.

Brent was an All Ivy League tight end out of the University of Pennsylvania. In 1988, he was drafted by the Chicago Bears. He wore Ditka's number 89 for the Chicago Bears and made over 100 tackles in 100 games. Brent was traded to the Minnesota Vikings from 1989 to 1994. Brent serves as Treasurer for the NFLPA Retired Players Chicago Chapter/RPFPC.

Mike played college football as an offensive guard for the University of Michigan from 1971 to 1973. As a junior, he started all 11 games at left guard for the 1972 Michigan Wolverines football team that finished with a 10-1 record, ranked No. 6 in the final AP Poll. As a senior, he helped lead the 1973 Michigan Wolverines football team to an undefeated 10-0-1 record and was selected as an All-Big Ten Conference player. After his senior year, Mike was selected to play in the 1973 Blue–Gray Football Classic. Mike played professionally as a guard for the Chicago Bears. He is currently a business owner residing in the west suburbs of Chicago with his wife Gail.

Greg is a graduate of Cornell University. He was a first-team All Ivy League and National Football Gazette All-American second-team player at Cornell. He played his professional career with the Seattle Seahawks and England Monarchs from 1997 to 1999. He currently works for the Chicago Bears as a Partnership Marketing Manager.

Brian Glasgow, Vice President & Co-Chair of the Golf Committee

Brian has served on the NFLPA executive board for the last 16 years. A 1982 graduate of Northern Illinois University, he was named an AP All-American and Unanimous 1st-Team All Mid American Conference player during his tenure. He spent his professional career with the Chicago Bears.

Sullivan is a graduate of the University of Illinois. During his tenure, he was named to the preseason Playboy All-American team along with players such as Drew Brees, Michael Vick and LaDainian Tomlinson. He was also a two time All Big Ten and third team All-American offensive tackle. He completed his college career by being selected to play in the Senior Bowl in Mobile, AL. He was selected in the fifth round of the 2001 NFL draft to the Buffalo Bills. He also spent time with the New York Giants and New England Patriots. He played in more than 40 games as an NFL pro, starting in 26 contests. He retired from pro ball in 2007 with the Chicago Rush Arena Football Team. He currently serves at a youth advocate and as a football coach for the IHSA State Runner Up, Loyola Academy Ramblers.
